Quick answers to common questions about our women's health services

No referral is needed for most of our women's health services. You can book directly with our GPs for contraception, cervical screening, menopause care, and general women's health consultations. Some specialized procedures may require discussion during your initial consultation.

We now bulk bill women's health GP consultations, IUD and contraceptive implant consultations, and menopause and perimenopause assessments. A valid Medicare card is required. Some procedures may incur a private fee, which will be discussed during your consultation.

You can book appointments online through HotDoc, call our reception team on (03) 9125 0160, or visit our clinic. Online booking is available 24/7 and allows you to choose your preferred doctor and appointment time that suits your schedule.

Absolutely. We maintain strict confidentiality for all patient information in accordance with Australian privacy laws and medical ethics. Your personal health information is secure and only accessed by your treating healthcare team.

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Existing patients only)
